Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

Senior Performance Manager

Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

Four gyms, a pool, and a Multi-Use Games Area, and one person makes sure none of it ever looks like work.

At Rova Health, we design, deliver, and scale world-class corporate wellbeing experiences for high-profile partners, because operational excellence isn’t the goal, it’s the baseline. A flagship London Client needs someone who can run it that way, every single day.

As Senior Performance Manager, you’ll lead the on-site and strategic delivery of wellness services across our client’s campus: four gyms and studios, a swimming pool, and a Multi-Use Games Area, plus the team of Performance Coaches, instructors and operators who bring them to life. It’s an even split between hands-on facility leadership and multi-regional strategic execution; budgets, metrics, community-building, and a client relationship you’ll own end to end. High visibility. High stakes. Built for someone who reads the terrain and keeps moving.

Built for people who read a room, adapt on the fly, and keep the whole operation moving.

The Role

What You Bring

→ Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Health & Exercise Studies, or a closely related field

→ Minimum 5 years of strength coaching or personal training experience, ideally within premium environments.

→ A proven track record managing and upskilling teams of fitness, health, or sports performance professionals.

→ Real experience handling complex stakeholder relationships, owning annual budgets, and running multiple operational projects at once, in a fast-paced corporate setting.

→ Advanced presentation and communication skills, the kind that turns complex health and operational data into something a stakeholder wants to hear.

→ Exceptional customer service instincts, with client satisfaction treated as a top operational priority, not an afterthought.

→ Genuine comfort with ambiguity; you can steer cross-regional initiatives and adjust the plan as the terrain changes.

→ Industry-standard certification (CSCS, Certified Exos Performance Specialist, or FMS) plus an active CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications get you to the room. These are what keep you here.

Duties And Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Facility Excellence

→ Direct daily operations across four gyms/studios, a swimming pool facility, and a Multi-Use Games Area, holding every site to impeccable standards of safety, cleanliness, and technical performance.

→ Lead an extended team through senior site leaders who report directly to you.

→ Instruct, motivate, and support clients toward their fitness and wellness goals, safely, professionally, and ethically.

→ Own the site-level rollout of operational frameworks and staffing plans, keeping every site strictly aligned to contract and quality standards.

Team Architecture & People Management

→ Provide direct management, mentoring, and support to a diverse team of Performance Coaches.

→ Run regular performance evaluations and keep documentation that actually helps people develop.

→ Build a supportive, high-performing team culture rooted in positive behaviours and shared rituals.

→ Guide staff on service execution, blending quality frameworks with room for creative autonomy.

Strategic Client Partnerships & Stakeholder Navigation

→ Serve as the strategic partner and primary day-to-day point of contact for corporate client leadership.

→ Communicate proactively, staying ahead of the client’s evolving needs rather than reacting to them.

→ Partner with client leadership teams to align joint business plans and remove operational friction.

→ Consistently exceed contract expectations — the standard, not the exception.

Data, Financials & Reporting

→ Evaluate site-level operations, team performance, and client metrics against Rova Health and client objectives alike.

→ Compile, analyse, and present operational data and impact metrics to executive stakeholders every month.

→ Take complete accountability for site-specific annual budgets and commercial objectives.

Events & Internal Communities

→ Lead cross-functional engagement activity — wellness fairs, educational events, informational sessions — that build campus-wide awareness of what’s available.

→ Design and run targeted activations (challenges, leaderboards, recovery labs) that pull new employee cohorts in.

What Happens Next

→ The Hiring Manager will review your application.

→ You will have a formal two stage interview.

→ Offer made.

→ ID and HR Checks.
