Key Objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Drive sustainable growth through innovative thinking and effective resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set priorities and drive company-wide initiatives.
  • Represent Gururo in key meetings, conferences, and public engagements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Director or equivalent.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving organizational change.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and market trends is a plus.
