- Produce consistent sprint, milestone, risk and delivery status reports using established templates
- Support the implementation of common delivery governance practices across engineering squads
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, concise and focused on meaningful delivery outcomes
- Provide reliable delivery information to support cross-squad and portfolio-level oversight
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps and opportunities to improve delivery visibility
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Develop effective working relationships with Engineering Leads, Product Owners, developers and relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate clear communication of delivery progress, blockers and priorities
- Support alignment between product requirements, technical implementation and delivery timelines
- Promote transparency, accountability and constructive problem-solving
- Support stakeholder reporting while maintaining effective team autonomy
Process Improvement and AI-Enabled Delivery
- Adopt and apply established delivery management standards, processes and templates
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual coordination, repetitive reporting and administrative overhead
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI-assisted delivery workflows and automation tools

- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and develop delivery management capabilities
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting multiple software engineering teams
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, software integration, cloud services or distributed systems
