About the role: The Bingo Ops Manager is a hands-on role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Bingo product at Betty. You’ll ensure operational excellence, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver an engaging and compliant player experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll act as the operational backbone of the Bingo vertical - coordinating schedules, campaigns, and issue resolution across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bingo operations, ensuring smooth gameplay and optimal player experience.
- Manage game schedules, configurations, and event calendars to align with player habits and engagement goals.
- Coordinate promotional execution with Marketing, CRM, LiveOps, ensuring accurate setup and on-time delivery.
- Track and analyze bingo KPIs (e.g. DAU, retention, FT consumption, prize pool pacing, profitability).
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards with BI or data teams.
- Evaluate game economy performance — e.g., prize distribution, frequency of wins, and player progression.
- Identify, recommend and apply configuration changes to optimize engagement and retention / monetization, as per defined strategy.
- Produce regular performance reports summarizing trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to manage escalations, identify recurring issues, and reduce contact drivers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational procedures.
- Maintain clear internal communication by sharing updates, insights, and improvements across teams.
- Analyze player feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
- Support in training and documentation of bingo operations and back-office processes for internal teams.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in RMG bingo operations.
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify and solve operational issues independently.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data tracking.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, CRM, Tech, CS, and Compliance.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion and curiosity for online bingo and player experience.
