AV Executive

We are hiring an

AV Executive to join the Publicis Media AV team and play a key role in delivering impactful advertising campaigns across TV, BVOD, Cinema and SVOD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in media, gaining hands-on experience across campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting. Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll help connect brands with audiences through high-quality AV solutions while developing valuable industry knowledge and commercial skills. Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Support the planning, buying and delivery of advertising campaigns across TV, Video and Cinema channels.
  • Build strong working relationships with media owners to secure effective opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Help negotiate placements that deliver value, audience reach and campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign administration from approval through to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy throughout.
  • Produce post-campaign analysis and reporting to identify insights and support future planning.
  • Collaborate with planning, client and AV teams to achieve campaign KPIs and operational requirements.
  • Stay informed about developments within the AV market and share relevant insights with the wider team.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills and confidence using formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute positively within a team environment.
  • Reliable and organised, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems and technologies efficiently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic working environment.
