Associate Consultant — Pricing, Market Access & Commercialization (Pharma)
Join Red Nucleus as an Associate Consultant, helping pharmaceutical clients navigate pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization challenges across global markets. You'll work as part of a collaborative team — conducting research, analyzing complex data, and building evidence-based recommendations that shape client strategy. Depending on experience, you may lead workstreams, manage day-to-day execution, coach junior team members, or serve as a key client contact.
What You'll Do
Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation
- Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy, and competitive/therapeutic landscapes
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings, risks, and opportunities
- Apply structured problem-solving to complex client questions and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Project Delivery
- Support project workstreams, developing plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations
- Contribute to primary research design and execution (stakeholder interviews, surveys, advisory boards) and related materials
- Ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables through rigorous quality control
Client Engagement
- Develop strong understanding of client objectives, products, and market dynamics
- Participate in client meetings, presenting analyses and recommendations with clarity and confidence
- Build trusted relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and strong work quality
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate across project teams and functional areas
- Coordinate with analysts and team members to ensure efficient execution
Firm Development
- Support business development, proposals, thought leadership, and recruiting efforts
- Stay current on trends in healthcare, market access, pricing, reimbursement, and commercialization
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy, or related field (advanced degree — MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD — valued but not required)
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership and coaching capabilities
- Interest in pharmaceutical/biotech pricing, market access, and commercialization strategy
