Overview
We are hiring an Account Manager to help shape how some of the world’s most recognised fragrance brands connect with audiences across the UK. You’ll lead integrated media campaigns for Puig brands including Rabanne, Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gaultier, turning insight and strategy into thoughtful, effective delivery. Working at the centre of the client relationship, you’ll bring teams together, develop a junior colleague and help create work that is culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Lead integrated campaigns from initial insight and planning through to implementation, optimisation and post-campaign learning.
- Turn strategic direction and client priorities into clear channel roles, briefs and actions for activation teams.
- Build a trusted day-to-day partnership with the Puig UK team, leading campaign conversations and managing expectations clearly.
- Use performance data, market context and econometric outputs to identify insights and make practical recommendations.
- Coordinate internal specialists across channels, including retail media, to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Manage campaign finances, including budget tracking, reconciliation and forecasting, while maintaining transparency with the client.
- Support and develop a junior team member through clear direction, constructive feedback and opportunities to learn.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing client relationships and integrated media campaigns within a media agency, whether as an Account Manager or in a role that has prepared you for this next step.
- A strong understanding of media planning, campaign delivery and the metrics used to evaluate performance.
- The ability to translate strategy and data into clear recommendations, briefs and next steps.
- An organised approach to balancing multiple brands, campaigns, budgets and deadlines.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience supporting or developing others, with a constructive and inclusive approach to teamwork.
- Curiosity about media, culture and consumer behaviour, with an interest in beauty or fragrance welcomed but not essential.
