- Support new Health Professionals to meet training outcomes, identifying early support requirements.
- Use reflective practice models to champion continuous improvement across training content and methodology.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design, review, and enhance training materials.
- Maintain high-quality, timely documentation to support feedback and development.
- Keep up to date with welfare and policy developments.
- Provide expert clinical insight for Training Needs Analysis and wider service improvements.
- Offer specialist input on clinical changes, including testing and impact assessments.
- Support wider clinical operations to ensure safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Current DWP Approval as a WCA Functional Assessor.
- Current HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Strong record of Continual Professional Development (CPD) and revalidation.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage your time, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a wider team.
- Able to interpret high-level requirements and translate them into clear, practical clinical guidance.
- Confident communicator skilled at engaging multi-disciplinary professionals and stakeholders.
- Ability to apply your clinical expertise to support and develop others.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work across digital platforms.
- Reliable, flexible, and detail-focused.
Desirable:
- Experience delivering or facilitating training in an adult learning environment.
- Knowledge of learning styles and instructional models.
- Experience creating training content.
- A qualification in education or learning and development.
