Somerce is a full-service TikTok Shop agency working with 100+ global brands across shop operations, live, content, affiliates and ads, with over £5m GMV under management. We hold the world record for the biggest single TikTok Shop live, $2.7m with P.Louise. We are now building agentic AI into how the whole agency runs.

why this role exists.

LIVE is one of the biggest sales channels we run, and our schedule is growing every month. Every stream is measured on GMV per hour, and what happens behind the camera decides a lot of that number.

Our hosts are at their best when they can focus on selling. That needs a producer running the stream around them: the right product at the right time, offers landing on cue, and someone watching the numbers and changing the plan as they move. We're building a bench of freelance producers who can do exactly that.

what you'll do.

• Run the LIVE studio from set-up to pack down for some of our biggest brands.
• Run the stream in real time: pinned products, flash deals, vouchers and comment moderation.
• Work closely with our hosts, including talent from LiveHost, our presenter platform.
• Track performance live and change the plan when the numbers say so.
• Send a short post-LIVE debrief covering GMV, what worked and what to change next time.

what we're looking for.

• Hands-on TikTok LIVE production experience, ideally on TikTok Shop.
• Confident with TikTok LIVE Studio and Seller Center.
• A cool head on long streams and a commercial eye for what sells.
• Available for a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
• Able to work from our London or Manchester studios.
