Technician: Lab

Job Purpose:

Performing the required daily quality control tests and laboratory test analysis for quality control purposes and performing the required daily on-line quality control tests stipulated in the QC procedures to ensure that all products manufactured will confirm to the minimum quality standards of Premier FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

•Performing daily laboratory tests

•Maintenance of equipment

•Cleaning of Laboratory

•Collection of samples

•Assisting with Food Safety

•Assisting with Health and Safety

Experience and qualifications:

•Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science

•5 years of experience laboratory environment an advantage

• Computer literacy required
