Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education or PGCE/ QTS required.
- Or valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations.
- Newly qualified or experienced teachers.
- Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
