You’ll work across a varied portfolio of office assets, providing valuation and advisory services to a diverse range of clients including banks, institutional investors, property companies, developers and private investors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop their valuation career within a leading global real estate advisory business, gaining strong exposure to the London office market and working alongside experienced professionals in the sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Undertaking valuations of office buildings and office space across the City of London
  • Assisting with valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, disposals and strategic purposes
  • Preparing investment valuations, cash flows and development appraisals
  • Researching and analysing office rental, investment and transactional evidence
  • Developing a strong understanding of the City office market, including rents, yields, transactions and market trends
  • Supporting senior team members on larger and more complex valuation instructions
  • Preparing valuation reports and supporting documentation
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Valuation & Advisory and the wider Cushman & Wakefield business

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
  • Experience within commercial property, ideally with exposure to office valuation
  • An understanding of investment valuations and/or development appraisals
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial information
  • Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple instructions and work effectively to deadlines
  • A genuine interest in the London office market

Previous office valuation experience would be beneficial, but we would also consider candidates with broader commercial valuation experience who are looking to specialise further within the City office sector.

Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?

You’ll join an established team with a strong position in the London market and gain exposure to a varied range of office valuation and advisory work.

The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced valuers, develop your technical and commercial skills and build specialist knowledge of the City of London office market.

You’ll also benefit from the wider expertise of Cushman & Wakefield, working closely with colleagues across Valuation & Advisory, Capital Markets and other specialist service lines. For a Surveyor looking to develop their career within office valuation, this is an opportunity to gain valuable experience, work with high-profile clients and build specialist expertise within one of the UK's leading real estate markets.

Please note this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield. We only work with recruitment agencies on our preferred supplier list, and only where a signed and in-date agreement is in place and the agency has been directly instructed on the role by a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

We do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs submitted to any of our employees or outside of our agreed process. No agency fees will be payable in these circumstances.
