In the heart of Crystal Palace, Athol House provides high-quality person-centred care for up to 21 disabled adults. We support people of all ages to live as they choose. Your working hours

This is a full-time night shift position, working 40.5 hours per week.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication

• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.

For over 75 years, we’ve been supporting disabled people to live, learn, and work as independently as possible. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
