About Ctrl Alt

Ctrl Alt is designing and operating the on-chain infrastructure powering digital capital markets globally. We bring together a unique blend of expertise in financial markets and cutting-edge in-house technology to deliver tailored, compliant solutions in the alternative assets space. Since launching in 2022, we’ve tokenized over $1.7bn in assets across real estate, private credit, funds, litigation finance and more.

We’re building a high-performance, people-first culture where ambitious individuals can thrive. We move fast, think big and hold ourselves to a high bar, while keeping things collaborative, open and genuinely fun. At Ctrl Alt ideas win on merit, teams work closely with leadership, and everyone has a voice in shaping what we build next.

We believe that hard work should come with real reward. You won’t just join a company - you’ll help build one. Last year alone, we grew from 17 to 50 people, and this year we’re going faster and further. That means real responsibility, meaningful impact, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s redefining the future of finance through the tokenization of alternative assets.

We are a scaling fintech building the next generation of investment banking. You’ll work at the intersection of capital markets and cutting-edge blockchain technology, helping drive and shape the future of financial infrastructure. If you’re excited by scale-up energy, ownership, and the chance to help shape both a business and a culture, Ctrl Alt is where you can do the most rewarding work of your career.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to develop our on chain infrastructure, bringing Vaults to market. Vaults are quickly becoming the default structure for asset management on-chain, a new generation of wrappers built to deliver performance to investors. More than $11bn now sits in curated vaults across hundreds of structures, in a market that barely existed two years ago.

This is an exciting opportunity to build on-chain asset management from the ground up. You’ll own the operating model end-to-end: how a vault is structured and regulated, how curators and managers are onboarded, and how the full asset management lifecycle runs from subscription through to redemption. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams as well as external partners.

This role is based full-time in our London office reporting into the Chief Product Officer

What you'll be doing

  • Define how vaults are structured, issued, funded, allocated and serviced on-chain.
  • Own how deposits, redemptions and liquidity buffers work when the underlying alternative assets aren’t always liquid.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on complex launch timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Work with Compliance and Product Operations on custody, KYC at the point of deposit, permissioning and jurisdiction, so vaults fit within our regulatory framework.

This role will be a great fit if you:

  • Deep understanding and interest of DeFi markets, knowledgeable on key trends and players.
  • Have significant experience in strategy, funds, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Understand how a vault works end-to-end, from who is allowed in and how money gets in, through to how it is allocated, priced and paid back out.
  • Possess Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions and are comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
  • High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability, with a strong desire to build, improve, and scale systems rather than simply run them.
  • The motivation to be part of an ambitious business where the pace is high and expectations are real.

How we support you:

  • Competitive salaries with regular reviews that reflect your impact, performance, and progression.
  • Generous stock options so you directly share in the company’s growth and long-term success.
  • Premium private healthcare to support your physical wellbeing.
  • 26 days of annual leave, plus your birthday off, and regional bank holidays - with flexible leave so you can take time off when you need it.
  • An enhanced parental leave policy to support you and your family at every stage.
  • A MacBook, screens, and any additional equipment you need to perform at a high level.
  • Access to salary sacrifice schemes covering childcare, groceries, EV cars, tech, pensions, bikes, and subscriptions.
  • Modern, centrally located offices in London, Belfast, Dundalk, and Dubai - designed for collaboration and focus.
  • An annual learning and personal development budget for training, exams, certifications, and qualifications - whatever helps you move forward.
