The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Integrations team. This role will involve line managing other Project Managers, driving process improvements and ambitious goals in the team, and contributing to the delivery of successful client integrations.

Within our Integrations team, the Project Managers work alongside our Integration Engineers, with individual pairs assigned to a client integration project. The Project Manager’s focus is on understanding the client’s objectives and guiding them through the process from integration kick-off to actively using the Ravelin product(s). Your focus will be mostly on coaching others to deliver, more than leading day-to-day client project activities.

In this role, you will also be working closely with many other teams within Ravelin, bringing everything together for a successful outcome for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a leader in establishing and developing best practices for Project Managers within the Integrations team, to ensure we continue to strive for high quality and effective integrations.
  • Support the Director of Integrations on initiatives around process improvement, change management, and the wider company goals, leading some initiatives and contributing to others.
  • Line manage a number of Project Managers, supporting and coaching them in their role.
  • Contribute to technical and business integrations with clients. This may be via other Project Managers, or by directly running client projects.
  • Deliver operational excellence, as part of overseeing a collection of projects. Anticipate potential issues and dependencies, and highlight or escalate project risks where appropriate.
  • Develop strong working relationships with our clients. This may include chairing some day-to-day client-facing meetings, but also helping to resolve complex client requirements and bringing any escalations to a calm conclusion.
  • Ensure excellent time management of your own tasks, but also assisting others to prioritise, to set goals and to set expectations with clients.
  • Maintain all project documentation, and actively promote knowledge sharing within the Integration team, and wider Ravelin teams.
  • Proactively engage with the Product team, sharing feature suggestions and interesting scenarios from client conversations.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of line management experience.
  • Project management experience in a technical or integrations environment, with exposure to complex products or solutions.
  • A track record of process improvement, and experience in instigating change within a team and across teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both internally and client-facing.
  • The ability to direct and lead others confidently, and comfortable having difficult conversations when needed.
  • Analytical with great attention to detail.
  • Pragmatic problem solver and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong commercial awareness

Benefits

  • Flexible Working Hours & Remote-First Environment — Work when and where you’re most productive, with flexibility and support.
  • Comprehensive BUPA Health Insurance — Stay covered with top-tier medical care for your peace of mind.
  • £1,000 Annual Wellness and Learning Budget — Prioritise your health, well-being and learning needs with funds for fitness, mental health, and more.
  • Monthly Wellbeing and Learning Day — Take every last Friday of the month off to recharge or learn something new, up to you.
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 Extra Cultural Day — Enjoy generous time off to rest, travel, or celebrate what matters to you.
  • Mental Health Support via Spill — Access professional mental health services when you need them.
  • Aviva Pension Scheme — Plan for the future with our pension program.
  • Ravelin Gives Back — Join monthly charitable donations and volunteer opportunities to make a positive impact.
  • Fortnightly Randomised Team Lunches — Connect with teammates from across the company over in person or remote lunches every other week on us!
  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme — Save on commuting costs while staying active.
  • BorrowMyDoggy Access — Love dogs? Spend time with a furry friend through this unique perk.
  • Weekly Board Game Nights & Social Budget — Unwind with weekly board games or plan your own socials, supported by a company budget.

*Job offers may be withdrawn if candidates do not meet our pre-employment checks: unspent criminal convictions, employment verification, and right to work.*
