Social Media & Content Creator
Pact Coffee
About Pact Coffee
We’re Pact, and we’re here to change the world of coffee.
We seek out the earth’s best beans from the world’s best growers, lovingly roast them, and serve them to you at their freshest. Our long-term partnerships with these growers mean we can offer over 200 coffees a year, each with its own story.
You’ll find our speciality coffees in kitchens across the UK through our subscription and store, on the shelves at Waitrose and Ocado, on Amazon, and in offices, cafes and restaurants around the country.
Everyone at Pact shapes what we do, from sourcing and marketing to delivering coffee to your doorstep. Last year, we roasted over half a million kilograms of coffee and expanded our team to 70 across our head office near London Bridge and our Surrey roastery.
Fancy making a Pact with us?
The Role
Love great coffee, great content, and making things happen?
We’re looking for a Social Media and Creator Manager to turn scrollers into Pact sippers. You’ll be the creative force behind Pact’s social plan, owning two connected levers - our organic content presence, plus establishing and running a creator content process that fuels both organic and paid.
You’ll also plan, shoot, and edit your own content, and work closely with our Creative Strategist and Growth Manager to make sure every learning and insight makes the next post better. You’ll have your own budget for creator partnerships and influencer gifting, making sure it works hardest when it matters most, like Christmas.
And because you’ll sit within Growth Marketing, you’ll see exactly how your work drives sales across subscription, B2B, and grocery.
What you’ll be doing
Creator management
- Building a pipeline of creator content to produce UGC and lo-fi videos designed for organic and paid channels. Working with our Creative Strategist and Growth Manager to turn what works organically into paid performance.
- Owning the creator relationship end-to-end - finding the right talent, negotiating rates and usage rights, managing gifting and paid partnerships, and briefing creators to make content that performs.
- Exploring what an influencer affiliate programme could look like for Pact. If the opportunity’s there, you’ll build it.
Organic social media
- Running Pact’s organic presence, making sure everything we publish sounds like us and speaks to our subscription, B2B, and grocery audiences.
- Planning, creating, and scheduling organic content with our wider comms team, so social works hand in hand with PR and CRM.
- Using data, audience insight, and the latest platform trends to build on what’s working, test new formats, grow our reach, and bring the best opportunities back to the team.
Lo-fi in-house content
- Planning, shooting, and editing your own video for organic and paid channels, from quick-turnaround reactive posts to repeatable series.
- Taking our customers behind the scenes at Pact, from sourcing to roasting to packing.
- Helping our team feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Capturing the buzz when we’re out and about.
- Working with our Brand Activation Manager to turn trade shows, events, and pop-ups into timely content across our channels.
You could be who we’re looking for if…
- You’re brilliantly organised.
- You keep a busy content calendar running smoothly, and you never miss a deadline.
- You’re led by data - you use performance insight to decide what to make next, and you can explain what’s working and why.
- You don’t just collaborate - you bring people into your world. You’re keen to get stuck in, easy to work with, and great at putting colleagues at ease in front of the camera.
- You love creating, you have a sharp instinct for what stops the scroll and how to hold attention once you’ve got it.
- You’ve successfully managed organic social media for a consumer brand, ideally on Meta platforms.
- You’ve enthusiastically managed micro-creator or influencer partnerships, including scouting and negotiating fees.
- You’re happy working in the London Bridge office three days a week, Tuesday to Thursday, and the occasional evening or weekend when we’re out at events.
Salary bracket: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Our Head Office is in London Bridge, but we offer a hybrid, flexible working environment. We have an engaged, collaborative approach to work, supportive leadership team, and our perks are great.
