We are looking for a Senior Workplace Assistant to join our London office. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day Workplace Services operations for the London office.
  • Manage and support a team of Workplace Assistants, setting clear expectations and maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee the client suite and meeting spaces, ensuring an outstanding experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinate facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and supplier management.
  • Support health & safety, compliance, and workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure a consistently high-quality experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Proven experience in Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Front of House, or Customer Service leadership.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers or external contractors and driving cost-effective service delivery.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety, compliance, and building regulations.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Professional Facilities Management qualification (e.g. IWFM Level 6, MIWFM, CIWFM).
  • Experience within a professional services or corporate office environment.
  • Interest in workplace improvements and employee experience.
