Team Background

The Global Business Development Design team is an elite and diverse creative team at Publicis Groupe, comprising of 27 creatives in 4 major cities across the Globe: London, Singapore, Chicago, and New York. We are responsible for assisting in key revenue opportunities, enhancing Groupe’s visual identity, and influencing creative environments by delivering best-in-class design solutions throughout the organisation. We are a passionate-fun bunch of creatives who embrace our key to success, collaboration.

Overview

Our team is looking for a full-time Senior Video Producer to lead the end-to-end delivery of pitch films across our growth remit for Publicis Groupe’s Global Business Development practice. You will oversee pre-production, coordination and post to agreed timelines, acting as the key liaison between client teams, Business Development, executives and our Motion and Video specialists.

This role raises the quality and efficiency of how we make our films, taking on the operational load so Motion Designers and Video Editors can go deeper on craft — creating not just beautifully crafted films, but the storytelling narratives that help land the business. You will coordinate films produced globally across our three regional BD teams, and be accountable for the quality and consistency of every pitch film, covering creative, production and media.

AI is now part of how we make pitch films. We need a producer who has worked with AI video tools on real projects, knows where they help and where they fall short, and can help the team adopt them with confidence, from choosing tools to setting the quality bar for AI-assisted work.

This is an office-based role. You will work four days a week from our offices at TVC, White City, London, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Leading pitch films end to end, overseeing pre-production, coordination and post to agreed timelines.
  • Acting as the key liaison between client teams, Business Development, executives and Motion/Video, keeping everyone aligned on scope, status and deadlines.
  • Translating creative direction into clear production plans, deciding for each film where AI-enabled workflows are the right route and where traditional production is, and managing scheduling, logistics and the coordination of assets and scripts.
  • Running feedback loops: consolidating input, resolving conflicting notes and keeping revisions on track.
  • Managing supplier needs as they arise, keeping cost and quality under control on small, fast-moving pitch budgets.
  • Coordinating films produced globally across editors, Motion Designers and creative teams, supporting our three regional BD teams at equal measure and keeping output consistent.
  • Building and maintaining the production systems the team runs on, in tools like Frame.io and Monday.com: asset tracking, version control, status visibility and quality checkpoints, plus a record of what works in AI workflows, so films and methods are easy to reuse across Groupe.
  • Prioritises well across several live pitches at once.
  • Curious and practical about new tools: tests them properly and helps the team adopt what works.
  • Calm, clear and direct with senior stakeholders and with the team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience producing film or video content in a creative, media or production agency.
  • A proven record of producing film and motion projects end to end, from pre-production through to post, to tight timelines.
  • Hands-on experience of producing with AI video tools on real projects, with finished work you can share alongside your application.
  • A clear view of what AI tools can and cannot do, and how to close the gap between AI output and polished, finished creative.
  • Excellent planning and organisation, with the ability to run multiple projects across regions and time zones.
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders, expectations and feedback in a clear, concise way.
  • Solid post-production knowledge, working alongside in-house motion designers and editors as well as external post houses, with enough Premiere Pro and After Effects knowledge to review the work and diagnose problems.
  • Experience managing suppliers and budgets, and getting good value from limited spend.
  • Systems-minded: you build processes, not workarounds, and leave workflows in better shape than you found them.
  • Familiarity with project and asset management tools such as Frame.io and Monday.com, or similar, used daily to track status, review and versions.
  • Independent and initiative driven. Unafraid to ask questions and to challenge a timeline or a brief.
  • Comfortable working in the office four days a week at TVC, White City, London, UK, and open to travel as needed, with flexibility at weekends and evenings on agreed occasions.
