Senior Procurement Manager - Healthcare

Responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering procurement projects aligned to the client, major procurement activities, and associated PMO governance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end planning and delivery of direct procurements and Acquisition Strategy workstreams.
• Maintaining tender event schedules, timelines, risk registers and weekly progress reporting.
• Coordinating trust engagement and cross-workstream alignment.
• Ensuring procurement documentation, business cases and governance submissions are delivered on time.
• Supporting the development of procurement plans for major procurements and resource modelling
• Overseeing alignment with PBC25 benefits, integrated plan and client strategies.
• Producing weekly progress reporting at programme and procurement level.

You’ll need to have:

• Demonstrable procurement project management experience on major programmes.
• Strong PMO, planning and risk management capability.
• Knowledge of public contract regulations and compliant procurement processes.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments.
• Project management qualification (Prince2/APM) desirable.
• MCIPS desirable.
• Exposure or an understanding of PA23 is desirable.
