Role Details

We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Records & Awards Officer to provide effective administration for the creation and maintenance of student records, assessment, progression and award data relating to the University’s collaborative provision in the UK and overseas.

You will ensure that all tasks are completed in line with the University’s Academic Regulations and Policies, playing a key role in maintaining data integrity within the University’s Student Record System. Additionally, you will provide accurate, reliable and expert advice and guidance to resolve complex issues and support stakeholders throughout the student journey.

To be successful, you should have a background of working within a Registry environment and experience of using student databases (such as SITS). You can confidently manage a complex workload in an academic environment and can also establish and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will display tact and discretion at all times, particularly when handling confidential matters.

Whilst we offer flexible and hybrid working across the University, you will be required to work on-campus at least 2 days per week.

The selection process for this position will include an initial assessment/test, followed by a formal interview for those candidates who successfully pass the test stage.
