Senior FP&A Analyst - London
Sokin
Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team, based in London. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in building out our FP&A function as Sokin continues to scale globally, helping shape the processes, models, systems and reporting the business relies on to plan and make decisions.
This is a broad, hands-on role spanning budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, headcount and cost planning, performance analysis and financial modelling across multiple regions.
You will work closely with regional and functional stakeholders to build robust forecasts, consolidate plans into a Group view and provide clear insight into the drivers of financial performance. Alongside the core FP&A cycle, you will apply your strong automation and AI skills to help develop our systems and Finance data infrastructure to create more scalable and efficient ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious and eager to get stuck in. You will be comfortable getting into the detail, asking the right questions and constructively challenging assumptions and existing processes. You will have a genuine appetite to improve how things are done and help shape a scaling FP&A function.

- Advanced Excel skills as well as experience with FP&A, ERP, BI or data visualisation tools.
- Strong capability in automation and AI, with a track record of applying them to improve Finance processes, and a genuine appetite to help build out a scaling FP&A function.
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage competing priorities.
