The opportunity:

Working as a senior contract manager you will be responsible for delivering contract management, administration and assurance services of various NEC and Non-NEC contracts. This role involves the contract and commercial management of NEC4 contracts called off from framework agreements as well as non-framework contracts. You will be responsible for managing contracts delivering the Fens or Lincs reservoir - which is currently working towards DCO submission.

You’ll be responsible for:

• The day-to-day contract and commercial leadership and support to the delivery teams by discharging the PSC service manager actions under your delegated authority on NEC contracts as well as similar tasks for other contract types.
• Supporting delivery teams, workstream leads, function leads and framework users in providing robust commercial and contract management practices. The role will be critical in embedding contract and commercial best practice and challenging ways of working to drive continuous improvement across the reservoirs programme.
• Supporting the collaborative and proactive approach of contract management and assurance to enable efficient project delivery.
• Supporting embedding a collaborative mindset and approach within our PDP and their supply chain ecosystem to deliver against programme needs.
• Supporting the delivery teams/business units and help ensure our alliances maximises efficiencies, delivers outperformance, and promotes a collaborative approach.
