Job Description
Extending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy, as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth.
Under the guidance of our TVC Practice Lead, Oli Barnett, you will work alongside a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, shaping and mentoring your career and the future of Analysys Mason.
You will work on complex and strategic projects for clients, partnering with them throughout the entire lifecycle. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will support the delivery of value-led outcomes that meet our clients’ high standards and expectations.
Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, and cost and margin optimisation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients navigate major transformation and strategic change programmes.
- Developing a deep sector knowledge and building your profile as an industry expert.
- Building strong working relationships with team members and developing a depth of knowledge in defined areas of work.
- Working on a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
- Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
- Contributing to proposal creation and client meetings to support the growth of the company.

This is why, as a minimum, you need:
- consulting experience, delivering transformation engagements for clients across various technology, telecoms, and media sectors
- experience in target operating model design, operational excellence, enterprise value creation, or programme recovery and turnaround.
