Help make Little Moons unmissable.
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help Little Moons earn attention and make every brand moment count.
This is a brand new role with a big opportunity. We already have an incredibly engaged community and an exciting agenda for 2026/2027. Now we’re looking for someone to help turn that into marketing people actively choose to engage with, talk about and share.
Working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll help shape our biggest campaigns, innovation launches, and brand collaborations, raising the standard of our communications and creative development and ensuring everything we put into the world generates awareness, conversation, and cultural impact.
You’ll challenge the status quo, think big and bring the energy to get brilliant ideas out into the world. Above all, you’ll have the ambition and hustle to make the most of every opportunity in front of us.
Key Responsibilities:
Earned Attention & Launch Excellence
• Help build the Little Moons fame engine, creating earned attention across game changing innovation launches, major brand campaigns and an always on connection to culture.
• Develop and embed an earned attention first approach across all major brand activity, ensuring everything we put into the world has the potential to generate awareness, conversation and advocacy.
• Stay close to campaigns from development through to launch, continually spotting opportunities to make the work bigger, more talked about and more culturally relevant.
• Develop repeatable launch approaches that help great ideas travel further and can be scaled effectively across global markets.
• Identify opportunities to grow brand fame through PR moments, retail activations and culturally relevant marketing initiatives.
Communications Excellence
• Develop communications frameworks that translate brand strategy into impactful consumer-facing activity.
•Raise the quality of communications planning and execution across earned, owned and paid channels.
•Develop scalable campaign and global, launch toolkits for use across multiple markets. while enabling local market relevance.
Cultural Partnerships & Collaborations
• Identify exciting partnership opportunities with brands and talent that have strong cultural relevance, audience fit and the potential to grow Little Moons’ fame.
• Proactively pitch and outreach to prospective partners, creating compelling collaboration ideas that unlock mutual value and earn attention.
• Work with the wider marketing team to bring partnerships to life through standout campaigns and launches, building on collaborations such as Little Moons x Candy Kittens Sour Watermelon.
• Continually seek out new partnership opportunities, cultural connections and unexpected collaborations that can introduce Little Moons to new audiences and keep the brand part of the conversation.
Creative Partner Leadership
• Lead relationships across our network of agency partners, freelancers and specialist talent across creative, PR, media and communications.
• Get the very best from our partners, setting clear expectations, challenging thinking and continually pushing for stronger, more effective work.
• Challenge briefs and creative development to ensure the work is distinctive, memorable, shareable and capable of earning attention.
• Spot gaps in capability and proactively bring in the right additional expertise, partners or freelance talent to raise the quality of our output.
• Ensure our external partners operate as a seamless extension of the Little Moons marketing team, with the same energy, ambition and high standards we expect from ourselves.
Team Development & Capability Building
- Line manage and develop the Assistant Brand Manager.
- Build capability across the marketing team in communications planning, earned-attention marketing and campaign effectiveness.
- Create frameworks, tools and best-practice processes that improve marketing quality and consistency.
- Partner with Brand Managers to ensure earned-attention planning is embedded throughout innovation launches and activation plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience operating successfully at Senior Brand Manager level, with ownership of brand strategy, campaign development and cross-functional delivery.
- Proven experience developing strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand equity and deliver measurable results.
- Experience building brands in digital-first consumer environments, with a strong understanding of culture, social channels, creators and emerging trends.
- Strong agency leadership experience, with a track record of building long-term agency partnerships, inspiring excellent creative work and effectively managing day-to-day performance and delivery.
