Are you passionate about securing enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms while shaping the future of security products in a highly regulated environment?

We're looking for a Salesforce Security Product Owner to lead the strategy, governance and delivery of critical Salesforce security capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to own the vision, roadmap and operational performance of Salesforce security products that support business-critical services.

Working with a diverse network of stakeholders across Security, Technology, Risk and business teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring security requirements are translated into effective, scalable and compliant solutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic direction, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable business value through Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you'll work closely with internal specialists and strategic partners to ensure our Salesforce security products remain secure, resilient and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of attending the office as required for collaboration, planning sessions and key stakeholder engagement activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the vision, roadmap, budget and backlog for Salesforce security products, ensuring they align with business priorities, enterprise architecture and security strategy.
  • Leading the delivery of product enhancements and operational services through internal teams and strategic partners using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Driving security governance, compliance and assurance activities, ensuring controls remain effective and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Assessing, shaping and prioritising demand, balancing operational requirements, technical debt, risk reduction and new business initiatives.
  • Managing supplier and service provider performance, ensuring delivery against agreed service, security and quality standards.
  • Monitoring service performance, security metrics and operational effectiveness, driving continual improvement and resolving emerging risks and issues.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience owning and managing products within large-scale Salesforce environments.
  • Experience managing security, compliance or other regulated technology products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile product delivery practices, backlog management, prioritisation and estimation.
  • Practical understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure-by-design delivery approaches.
  • Experience managing third-party delivery and operational service partners.
  • Strong financial management capability, including budget ownership, forecasting and expenditure management.

It would be great if you had:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience working within Financial Services, Public Sector or other highly regulated environments.
  • Understanding of identity and access management, data protection and security operations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets and sharing models.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Professional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, PSPO, SAFe POPM, ITIL, CISSP or CISM.

If you're interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we're looking for, please do apply, we'd love to hear from you!
