Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving sales by identifying, engaging, and supporting the development of brand partnerships for our sports property relationships. Your primary focus will be on executing an effective outreach strategy, achieving sales targets, meeting KPIs, and supporting pitch presentations.

What You’ll Do
· Sales outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospective brand partners, generating high-quality meetings with relevant brand decision-makers.
· Industry Networking: Attend industry specific conferences and events, build a personal network of contacts across brands and agencies, and execute regular personal engagements with such prospects.
· Pipeline ownership: Take ownership of your sales pipeline from initial outreach through to qualified opportunity, maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
· Target-driven performance: Proactively pursue leads to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Pitch support: Assist senior partnerships leads in pitching to prospective sponsors.
· Relationship management: Support the nurturing of relationships with new and existing partners through consistent and effective communication.
· Insight and reporting: Use analytics to monitor progress, optimise outreach strategies, and report on performance to internal stakeholders.
· Market intelligence: Stay informed on sponsorship activity, brand investment trends and relevant industry developments to uncover new sales opportunities.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and successful execution of partnership agreements.
What You’ll Bring
· 1-3 years of experience in a commercial, sales or partnerships-focused role, with a track record of contributing to successful sales or business development.
· Goal-oriented, target driven and highly motivated, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
· Commercial curiosity and initiative, with the ability to independently research brands, identify relevant decision-makers and develop a point of view on why a partnership makes sense.
· Strong research skills, with an ability to quickly understand brands, industries and commercial priorities.
· Experience prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers across marketing, partnerships, brand or commercial functions.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Microsoft Suite.
· A background in sponsorship sales or brand partnerships is an advantage.
· An understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship landscapes.
· A passion for sports and familiarity with the industry.
