Sales Advisor

We offer:

- Fixed term contract ( until the end of February 2027)

- £14.80 per hour plus commission

- Part time role to work every Sat and Sun

- 13 hrs contract

- This role will be based within the John Lewis with support to other Oura branded locations across London

Overall purpose of the role

As an Oura Sales Specialist, you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiasts, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance and brand awareness in store for our client, Oura.

Your primary responsibility is to bring the Oura products to life through in store demonstrations serving as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, inspiring customers with our product range and ultimately driving sales. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store in which you are based.

Personal Specification (knowledge/experience):

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment would be advantageous
• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
• Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
• Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
• A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
• Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
• Additional languages would be advantageous
