Our research is engaged, at the frontier of practice and has a positive impact on the world around us.** Background My Home Life England (MHLE), based within the Department of Interprofessional Healthcare at City St George’s, University of London, is an evidence-based initiative supporting quality of life in social care. This role will support research, evaluation and professional development activities, including a Rayne Foundation-funded National Care Sector Leaders Programme, as well as wider projects focused on leadership, partnership working and innovation across the social care sector. ** Responsibilities You will support the planning, coordination and evaluation of leadership development programmes for social care professionals. Responsibilities include assisting with qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation activities, stakeholder engagement, survey development, data analysis, reporting findings, supporting research projects, coordinating programme delivery, managing student placements, and working collaboratively with colleagues, sector partners and people with lived experience.

** Person Specification You will hold a degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification in a health, social care or related field, or equivalent experience. You will have experience of research and/or evaluation activities, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyse information and communicate findings to diverse audiences. An understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, and an interest in improving outcomes within the social care sector are essential.
