Location: Holborn Campus

The Role

Provide comprehensive administrative support to students and academic staff, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service throughout the student journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that full, accurate and accessible records are kept in relation to all student administration, liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Participate in student record processes and tasks including the updating of the school’s management system (Unit-E) in the following areas: student progress, withdrawals, suspensions, transfers, appeals.
  • Handle certificates – recording, tracking, and release to students.
  • Provide administrative support for appeals, disciplinary and other Registry-related investigations as required.
  • Assist other sections of the Registry as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Undertake other tasks as and when required.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an academic administrative role.
  • A sound understanding of educational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
