Our Recruitment team are looking for experienced recruiters/talent acquisition professionals to join them.
At Baringa, our Recruitment Team plays a critical role in enabling the firm's growth strategy by attracting exceptional talent who embody our values of being kind, curious and committed to creating lasting impact. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, we act as trusted talent advisors, helping shape hiring strategies, identify diverse talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
What you will be doing
- Lead on the recruitment of additional and replacement heads into one of or a combination of our sectors, ensuring that our attraction, selection and recruitment methods are inclusive, timely and cost effective.
- Manage the 360 recruitment lifecycle, from taking a detailed brief, advertising, headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and other methods, conducting thorough candidate screening calls, leading regular review meetings with hiring managers and providing a value-add service to candidates and hiring managers through to onboarding.
- Continually strengthen relationships across Baringa to provide the best recruitment advice and guidance to the Leadership Team, Interviewers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the business to proactively identify the best ways to approach the market, and advise hiring managers on best practice.
- Work with the Recruitment Operations team to provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Business Unit Leads
- Develop an advanced understanding of what your Business Units do, the projects they work on, their strategic aims etc. in order to identify relevant talent and sell Baringa in the right way to the right talent pools, as well as identify opportunistic hires.
- Provide an exceptional experience to candidates and stakeholders alike - this is something we pride ourselves on - every candidate, regardless of the outcome of the process, should be able to talk positively about their experience with us.
- Take the initiative to identify areas of improvement in recruitment processes and recommend solutions.
- Support Managers and the Head of Recruitment with wider team projects as and when capacity allows.
Your skills and experience
- You will be an experienced recruiter, having worked ideally in both an Agency and In House environment in the past. Professional services experience would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
- You will have experience working as a true partner to the business, driving forward recruitment in all its stages from candidate sourcing to offer and beyond.
- You will have a strong track record of active talent sourcing through a variety of methods and techniques.
- You will be able to , and be excited to, juggle multiple requirements at once across varying levels and skillsets.
- You will be a strong communicator and team player.
- You must be able to commit to 2 days a week working in our London office.
What a career at Baringa will give you
Putting People First.
Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture. We recognise the importance of work-life balance and flexible working and provide our staff amazing benefits. Some of these benefits include:
- Salary up to £65,000 , dependent on experience.
- Generous Annual Leave Policy: We recognise everyone needs a well-deserved break. We provide our employees with 5 weeks of annual leave, fully available at the start of each year. In addition to this, we have introduced our 5-Year Recharge benefit which allows all employees an additional 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years continuous service.
- Flexible Working: We know that the ‘ideal’ work-life balance will vary from person to person and change at different stages of our working lives. To accommodate this, we have implemented a hybrid working policy and introduced more flexibility around taking unpaid leave.
- Corporate Responsibility Days: Our world is important to us, so all our employees get 3 every year to help social and environmental causes and increase our impact on the communities that mean the most to us.
- Wellbeing Fund: We want to encourage all employees to take charge and prioritise their own wellbeing. We’ve introduced our annual People Fund to support this by offering every individual a fund to support and manage their wellbeing through an activity of their choice.
- Profit Share Scheme: All employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme so everyone has a stake in the company’s success.
Diversity and Inclusion
We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe that creating an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging is central to our culture and that diversity is paramount to driving creativity, innovation, and value for our clients and for our people.

We maintain high standards of environmental performance and transparency, which can be seen through our commitment to Net Zero with our SBTI-verified Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reduction targets and our support of the Better Business Act. We report our progress publicly and ensure that we are also externally assessed and scored through organisations like CDP and EcoVadis - helping us to continually identify where we can improve.
We have a long legacy of supporting the communities in which we work, and offer a variety of ways to contribute, by putting people first and creating impact that lasts. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda is about giving back to the communities in which we live and work by sharing our skills, talent and time. In essence, we aim to empower and encourage everyone in the firm to contribute to the things we care about, and support registered charities and organisations with a clear social or environmental purpose to increase the positive impact they can have.
