Location: HSK, London, W8 5HY

Position: Casual/5 days per week

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of commercial social campaigns across DMG New Media, working closely with the Project Management team to help keep campaigns organised, on track and moving smoothly from brief through to completion.

The role is designed as a development opportunity for someone looking to build experience in project management, commercial content and social media. You’ll support Project Managers with timelines, client communication, production coordination, approvals and reporting, while gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows.

You will work across a portfolio of campaigns and social brands, helping connect commercial, creative, production and social teams and making sure everyone has the information they need.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with the day to day delivery of commercial campaigns, helping track projects from briefing through production, approvals, publishing and post campaign reporting.
  • Help manage client communication, drafting updates, responding to straightforward queries and making sure feedback and approvals are captured clearly, with support from a Project Manager where needed.
  • Keep campaign timelines and project trackers up to date, monitoring deadlines, deliverables and next steps and flagging anything that may need attention. Coordinate information across teams, helping make sure commercial, creative, production and social teams have the latest briefs, assets, feedback and timings. Support production planning, assisting with shoot details, talent availability, locations, access requirements and other practical campaign needs.
  • Maintain clear campaign documentation, keeping project management systems, notes and status updates accurate and organised.
  • Support campaign wrap up and PCA reporting, helping gather live links, performance information and campaign learnings.

Support and Development

You won’t be expected to manage complex campaigns or client relationships alone.

You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers, who will provide guidance on campaign planning, client communication, production workflows and problem solving. They will remain responsible for overall campaign delivery and will support you with more complex decisions, escalations and client conversations.

As you build confidence and experience, you’ll have opportunities to take on greater ownership of smaller or more straightforward campaigns, with ongoing support from the wider team.

What you will work on

  • You’ll support commercial social campaigns across a range of DMG New Media brands and platforms.
  • This may include branded social video, creator led campaigns, sponsored content, original formats and wider social first partnerships.
  • You’ll often be working across several campaigns at once, helping the wider Project Management team keep activity organised and ensuring information moves clearly between clients and internal teams.

What success looks like

  • Project Managers have the support they need to keep campaigns running smoothly.
  • Campaign trackers, timelines and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Client feedback and approvals are captured clearly.
  • Internal teams receive the right information at the right time.
  • Potential issues are flagged early to the relevant Project Manager.
  • Campaign wrap ups and reporting are completed accurately.

You gradually build confidence and capability in managing campaigns independently.

  • Proactive and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.
  • An interest in social media, branded content, production or digital publishing.
  • Some experience in project coordination, account management, production or a

similar environment would be useful, but is not essential.

  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes and ways of working.

About You

You’re organised, curious and reliable, and you enjoy helping make things run smoothly.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, can keep track of lots of small details and know when to ask for help or escalate something.
