We're looking for two organised, proactive and ambitious Project Co-ordinators to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and support the delivery of key projects that will shape the future of the College.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic projects across the College. Working with stakeholders at all levels, you'll help ensure projects are well organised, effectively communicated and successfully implemented.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and support multiple projects across the College.
· Maintain project plans, timelines and PMO documentation.
· Monitor project progress, risks and issues.
· Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
· Coordinate SMT and Board reporting documentation.
· Support organisational change initiatives and project implementation.
· Track project impacts and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
About You
You'll be an excellent organiser with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Essential
· Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
· Experience supporting projects in a professional environment.
· Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
· Good understanding of change management principles.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience producing reports, presentations and stakeholder documentation.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable
· Project Management or Change Management qualification.
· PMO experience.
· Higher Education sector experience.
