We create culture-defining moments weekly, pushing creative boundaries and delivering some of the most watched shows online. We move fast, innovate constantly and have a ridiculous amount of fun while doing it.

About The Role

MoreSidemen produces multiple videos every week, bringing together the Sidemen’s personalities through studio, challenge and gaming formats. It’s home to Exit Strategy, one of our brand new standalone shows, alongside Sidemen Among Us and a growing range of new games and IP.

As Production Manager, you’ll take ownership of the logistics, administration and budgets that bring our shoots to life. You’ll manage everything from call sheets, fire and safety assessments, studio bookings and contributor paperwork to talent contracts and travel. During preparation and on set, you’ll be the central point of contact for crew, management and talent. Your job is to keep everyone informed and production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage shoot administration, including call sheets, fire and safety assessments, studio hire, talent contracts and travel.
  • Coordinate shoot preparation and manage production on set, acting as the central point of contact.
  • Work with set designers and freelancers to deliver the look and feel of each shoot.
  • Source, hire or purchase the props, equipment and tools needed to bring the best ideas to life.
  • Track and manage production budgets, keeping reporting spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
  • Manage schedules, logistics and deadlines across multiple productions, ensuring everything is ready for each shoot.
  • Additionally, work with our post production team to facilitate our delivery timelines with key stakeholders on multiple streaming platforms, ensuring things are delivered on time.

About You

  • Proven experience managing productions in entertainment, digital content, TV or branded projects.
  • A strong understanding of shoot logistics and administration, including call sheets, risk assessment, contracts and travel.
  • Confidence managing production on set, coordinating crew and handling unexpected issues calmly and effectively.
  • Experience working with set designers, suppliers and freelancers to deliver a creative brief within budget and on schedule.
  • Experience sourcing and negotiating hire or purchase costs for studios, props and equipment.
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage several productions, schedules and deadlines at once, whilst also tracking costs.
  • Clear, confident communication across creative teams, crew, and talent.
  • Experience working on YouTube or creator-led content - especially if it’s in the same world as The Sidemen or related creators

  • A company that's scaling, with genuine scope for this role to grow alongside it
  • A creative, fast-paced environment where the work is genuinely interesting and the team around you knows their stuff
