You will deliver a fan-engagement app for Envision Racing, the Formula E team, built on Paysafe's payment rails with a co-branded card at its heart bringing together consumer engagement and a regulated wallet and card offering to a global audience.

In this role, you will work across Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Operations, Marketing and Commercial, and with external partners including the Envision Racing team, and our banking and card partners to define and deliver innovative solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, ensuring Envision continues to evolve in line with customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic objectives.

What Paysafe stands for:

  • Being open and honest.
  • Keeping focused.
  • Operating with Courage.
  • Pioneering the future.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Product Manager to own this end to end: to take a defined vision and drive it into a shipped, scaling product.

  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for Paysafe Envision product application.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap with defined priorities, measurable KPIs, and alignment to organisational goals.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer requirements into clear product initiatives and user stories.
  • Own the external dependencies delivery relies on (e.g. data, banking-partner requirements, the wallet and card integration, etc.) and unblock them across partners.
  • Act as a partner to and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to develop scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer experience, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and areas for innovation.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and delivery timelines.
  • Evaluate third-party technologies, integrations, and partnership opportunities that can strengthen the Paysafe Envision proposition.
  • Support go-to-market activities and ensure successful rollout and adoption of new features and capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions meet all applicable legal, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology, fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and delivering successful products or features from concept to launch.
  • Track record owning a product roadmap and shipping from concept to launch; ideally a 0-to-1 or early-stage build, not only optimising a mature product
  • Strong product-discovery, prioritisation and delivery skills, user-centered design principles and the judgement to sequence work around dependency risk.
  • Strong experience in sports, esports, media or entertainment, building consumer-facing content or products for fans.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience defining requirements, creating user stories, and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
  • Represent Paysafe externally with partners, clients, and industry groups.
  • Payments, fintech, or platform product experience is highly desirable.

Why Join Paysafe:

  • Opportunity to shape and scale a strategic product within a leading global payments company.
  • Shape a landmark partnership opportunity between Paysafe and Envision Racing.
  • Work alongside talented Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams.
  • Influence product direction and deliver solutions that create meaningful business impact.
