Job Summary:

As an Executive Director in Product Transformation & AI Enablement, Chief Technology Office, you will lead enterprise consulting and executive advisory initiatives within our team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Technology, and Business leaders, guiding organizations toward product-centric and AI-enabled practices. Your role focuses on operating model modernization, product transformation, AI enablement, governance evolution, and leadership capability development. You will help shape team culture, foster leadership growth, and influence firm-wide priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define enterprise product transformation strategies. Design and evolve product-centric operating models.
  • Partner with senior executives to execute product transformation initiatives
  • Advise leadership teams on strategy, governance, and transformation execution
  • Establish governance frameworks for portfolio and investment management
  • Drive value realization through outcome frameworks and strategic objectives
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to evolve culture and leadership behaviors. Coach product leaders and executive teams in modern product management
  • Develop transformation methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks
  • Establish AI enablement strategies and guide AI-powered operating model evolution
  • Guide the adoption of AI-enabled practices, governance models, and operating approaches that improve decision-making, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Drive thought leadership by sharing leading practices through internal conferences, communities of practice, executive forums, learning events, and strategic communications
  • Partner with senior leaders to establish outcome-based measures that improve visibility into strategic execution, organizational performance, and business value realization

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or advising Product Management organizations, including product strategy, product discovery, prioritization, portfolio management, and value measurement.
  • Proven success in enterprise-scale product transformations across multiple business units
  • Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in product operating models, portfolio management, governance, and value realization
  • Experience developing product leadership capabilities across diverse teams
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and consulting acumen
  • Ability to lead complex organizational change initiatives and drive adoption
  • Practical understanding of AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and model risk considerations
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating across technology, engineering, design, operations, data, risk, and business functions
  • Ability to develop strategic frameworks, methodologies, and transformational offerings

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience leading large-scale product transformation consulting engagements across industries
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise AI enablement programs
  • Proven track record developing executive-level operating models and governance structures
  • Experience creating AI-powered tools, agents, or enterprise transformation solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance, regulatory requirements, and risk-management frameworks
  • Formal qualifications or certifications in Product Management, Leadership, Organizational Change, Strategy, Design Thinking, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile, or related disciplines
  • Recognized thought leadership through publications or executive advisory roles
