Producer/Account Manager - Ivory Worldwide

This role sits within Ivory Worldwide, part of the EC Group. While applications are managed through the EC Group careers platform, this position is with Ivory Worldwide.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join brand experience agency, Ivory Worldwide, as an Account Manager / Producer in its London office. Ivory Worldwide delivers strategy, content and brand experience projects for some of the world's leading brands, operating globally from its headquarters in London as well as offices in Barcelona, New York and Houston.

The Role

The role of Producer reports to the Executive Producer of the UK office and requires oversight of account management, alongside directing internal teams across video, graphics, content, creative, logistics and production.

You will conceive, plan and deliver exceptionally high-standard live events, campaigns and associated projects for clients, with a specific focus on service excellence, identifying growth opportunities and working with in-house teams to ensure the delivery of compelling content and messaging.

The role involves working closely with clients on both a strategic and planning level, while overseeing and guiding teams across a variety of projects to ensure client objectives are met and expectations exceeded.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Management Nurture relationships with existing and new client accounts by understanding client strategy, enabling higher-level conversations and identifying new opportunities.
• Account Growth Drive measurable account growth in conjunction with the Account Executive Sponsor.
• Project Management Take full responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects, including briefing internal departments, supplier liaison, content development, technical delivery, logistics and delegate
• Financial Management Maintain project profitability and maximise margin in line with agreed targets.
• Process & Quality Control Maintain the highest standards of execution to ensure client satisfaction scores exceed business targets.
• Production Scope project requirements and build, brief and motivate internal and external teams. Ensure the smooth delivery and client satisfaction of every project, regardless of size or complexity.
• Sustainability Champion sustainability within the team and ensure all projects incorporate our sustainability planning tools and procedures from the outset.
• Resource Management Work with the Operations Director and HoD to ensure effective resource allocation, enabling excellent client service and team performance.
• New Business Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Strategic & Content Development Work alongside creative teams to understand client objectives and help shape compelling creative content and messaging that meets or exceeds those objectives.
• Line Management May have responsibility for the line management of more junior team members, supporting their development through goal setting, formal appraisals and day-to-day coaching to help drive individual growth, project success and exceptional client service.
• Leadership Lead by example, establishing trust and earning respect from both clients and colleagues

• Experience operating at Producer and/or Account Manager level
• Confidence and credibility within the experiential events and marketing industry
• Proven experience managing events and campaigns from concept through to delivery
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to build trust and respect with both clients and colleagues
• Sound judgement, critical thinking and a calm, professional approach under pressure
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
• The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines and teams
