We are seeking an exceptional Team Member to support the culinary team in excellence. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Job Description

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• To ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times.
• To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area if needed.
• To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Assisting with clearing tables.
• Assisting with any customer queries , supporting the management team.
• To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries.
• To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.
• To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food and drinks.

• Skills & Experience Required:
• Passion for the hospitality and catering industry
• Positive can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and able to work well within a team
• Self motivated and proactive
