Make the extraordinary everlasting - with us.

At EC, we craft extraordinary experiences that leave a lasting impression - not just for our clients, but for our people too. We blend the big ideas of a creative agency with the meticulous execution of a production company, bringing bold, imaginative events to life.

We're collaborative, down-to-earth, and serious about delivering quality - all while finding time for lightness and fun. If you're someone who's curious, adaptable and excited to do meaningful work with a team that's got your back, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to use your live events production expertise in a more strategic role, shaping the opportunities that define our future. You'll bring together creative thinking, commercial rigour and strategic storytelling to develop proposals that win work and drive growth.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you'll own pitch responses from briefing through to submission. You'll work across Projects, Account Management, Growth and Creative, ensuring every proposal is compelling, commercially robust and achievable.

Who are you?

Essential

  • An experienced Executive Producer, Senior Producer, Live Events Producer or equivalent, with a strong agency background in live events, brand experiences, experiential marketing, conferences, incentives or activations.

  • A commercially minded thinker who can build budgets, challenge assumptions and identify risks.
  • A natural collaborator who can bring together multiple disciplines and create alignment around a shared vision.
  • A clear written and verbal communicator who can turn complex information into compelling stories.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage several opportunities with overlapping deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading competitive pitches or tender responses from brief through to submission.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple teams.
  • Experience engaging directly with clients during the pitch process.
  • Experience establishing pitch processes, tools, templates or quality standards.
  • A curious, creative and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine interest in winning work.

  • Coordinate resources across departments and keep opportunities moving towards agreed deadlines.

Creative Development and Storytelling

  • Partner with Creative and Strategy to develop concepts, narratives and presentation materials.
  • Construct pitch stories that balance creativity, insight and deliverability.
  • Tailor each response to the client's challenges, objectives and audiences.

Commercial and Production Planning

  • Develop budgets, estimates and cost models for pitch opportunities.
  • Shape pricing strategies with Account Directors and production specialists.
  • Validate proposed solutions against delivery requirements and operational realities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Bring together Account Directors, project teams, production specialists and Creative throughout the pitch lifecycle.
  • Facilitate briefings, brainstorming sessions and review meetings.
  • Challenge plans, budgets and concepts constructively where refinement is needed.
  • Engage with clients during the pitch process while respecting the Account Director or Project Lead's ownership of the relationship.

Process and Improvement

  • Establish consistent pitch processes, templates and ways of working.
  • Capture lessons from successful and unsuccessful opportunities.
  • Apply those lessons to improve future submissions.
  • Support the continued development of EC's pitch capability.

What success looks like?

  • High-quality pitch responses improve conversion rates and secure profitable opportunities for EC.
  • Creative, compelling proposals are commercially robust, deliverable and clearly aligned with client objectives.
