Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed, we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

Performance Coach

Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

Life doesn't run on schedule, and neither does fitness. Join Rova Health as a Performance Coach and help people find their rhythm, whatever their day throws at them.

As a Performance Coach , you'll be central to Rova Health's mission to make a genuine, healthy difference in our members' lives. You'll deliver 5-star gym floor service, from inductions and health assessments to programmes built around real, unpredictable lives. You'll also bring energy to a variety of studio and gym floor classes.

You'll be a visible, supportive presence on the gym floor, engaging members and guests and helping them stay on track. Working alongside the reception team, you'll help create a space where people feel welcome, motivated and understood, no matter where they're starting from.

Progress isn't a straight line. Neither is a good workout.
