About the role:

We are seeking to appoint a Performance Analyst to join the Waltham Forest’s Business Intelligence service. This role will help us deliver our ambitions to strengthen the use data and analytics across the organisation in order to support decision-making, drive improvement and deliver on the Council’s key priorities.

The role will be focused on children’s social care and will involve working across the organisation and with partner agencies to produce data and analytics solutions, including strategic assessments, performance reporting and statutory data returns. This will ensure that our children's social care service have access to robust and timely information to help them make decisions, target resources and manage risk.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in the office each week, possibly more subject to service requirements.

We are a Home Office–licensed sponsor; however, for this specific role we are not able to provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. To be considered, you must already hold a form of UK work authorisation that does not require sponsorship.
