Job Description

To fuel our global expansion, we are seeking a highly-motivated and organized Partner Manager to support the Global Alliances and Partnership Team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Ecosystem Manager to lead and expand our growing partner network across the North Europe region. This role is key in driving joint sales, scaling marketing collaboration with global partners, and developing strategic alliance programs that deliver impact across the EcoVadis ecosystem.

You will play a central role in building and nurturing relationships with both regional and global partners, supporting go-to-market execution, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth.

For more information, explore our Partnership Page.

In this role you will:

  • Drive Regional Partner Strategy: Manage and grow the North Europe partner ecosystem by supporting technology and consulting alliances through strategic planning, co-selling initiatives, and joint marketing efforts.
  • Enable GTM Collaboration: Co-create go-to-market strategies with partners to drive visibility, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue acceleration, especially in collaboration with our global marketing and sales teams.
  • Joint Marketing Execution: Collaborate closely with Global Partner Marketing to support the creation and execution of joint campaigns, events, and marketing materials that elevate partner visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip internal and external stakeholders with relevant tools, training, and content that position EcoVadis effectively within the partner’s solution offering.
  • Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with regional stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on partner opportunities. Support Alliance Managers in onboarding new partners and qualifying new opportunities.
  • Ecosystem Operations: Maintain and enrich partner data in Salesforce, track partner performance, and report on key metrics.
  • Partner Enablement: Help design and deploy a structured enablement plan to ensure partners understand and position the EcoVadis value proposition accurately and consistently.

Qualifications

You have impeccable communications skills and an interest in enhancing business relationships through a career in sales working with large technology partners. You must be well organized, have an ability to build a strong rapport with senior executives, as well as excellent verbal and written communication.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven experience working within a partner ecosystem – including system integrators, tech partners or channel partners.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required as you will be discussing sustainable procurement topics.
  • Experience building and executing joint marketing campaigns or programs with partners is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with supplier management software or procurement solutions (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
