Paralegal - Property (Residential)
Orwins
Finchley, London | Full-time | PermanentJoin Orwins as a Paralegal in our property team and get stuck into a busy, supportive practice where you will learn fast, contribute from day one and build a career you can be proud of.
We do law differently — collaborative, unpretentious and genuinely invested in the people who work here. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the start of their legal career who is eager to develop, willing to work hard and ready to be part of a high-performing team that will back you all the way.
- Supporting fee earners across the property team with a wide range of conveyancing and property matters — from residential transactions to commercial property work.
- Helping to manage caseloads efficiently — drafting correspondence, preparing documents, ordering searches and keeping files and systems up to date.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties — learning how to build strong professional relationships from the ground up.
- Assisting with Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and post-completion formalities.
- Getting involved, asking questions and developing your understanding of property law in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
- Being a reliable, enthusiastic and positive member of a team that genuinely invests in its people.
You may be a law graduate, a paralegal with some property experience, or someone who has worked in legal support and is ready for the next step. What matters most is your attitude — you are keen, organised, willing to learn and the kind of person who takes ownership of their work. Experience with LEAP or conveyancing systems is a bonus but not essential
At Orwins, we invest in our people just as much as our future. Our future is our people. This is a firm where your voice is heard, your contribution is recognised, and your development is taken seriously — not just talked about.
You will get genuine access to our C-Suite, senior partners, leaders and experts from day one, working closely with a team that values expertise, supports each other and takes pride in doing things well. We are growing fast, and the people who join us will grow with us too.
