Commercial Property Paralegal | London | In-House
Join one of the UK's leading real estate businesses and take the next step in your legal career. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a busy, collaborative in-house legal team, working on a varied portfolio of commercial lettings and property matters with real responsibility from day one.
- What we're looking for:
- Previous commercial property paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lettings and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
- Confident drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Managing commercial letting transactions from start to finish
- Drafting, reviewing and completing commercial tenancy agreements
- Preparing Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 contracting out documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across the business, external lawyers and customers
- Supporting the legal team with property law advice and day-to-day legal matters
