An award-winning events venue is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven New Business Manager to join its sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a passion for the events industry to play a key role in driving new business growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new corporate clients, developing relationships with leading event agencies, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive business development. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you'll represent the venue at industry events, identify new revenue streams, and help shape the venue's ongoing sales strategy. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in hotel, venue or events sales, with a proven track record of securing new business and exceeding sales targets. This role would suit a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering exceptional commercial results within the events sector.
