About the role

We're looking for a freelance marketing graphic designer to support Fanalysis across paid and organic channels. The work is hands-on and output-focused: producing the static assets, thumbnails, app store creative and light video edits that keep our marketing engine running. You'll work closely with the marketing team on a steady flow of briefs, with a strong emphasis on speed, consistency, and producing testable variants.

Static assets for paid social

  • Producing static creative for paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels as needed.
  • Adhering to the correct sizes and specs for each placement (feed, story, reel, etc.) and ensuring assets are export-ready.
  • Building and maintaining templates that make iteration fast and keep the brand consistent.
  • Producing variants of winning concepts - copy swaps, layout changes, hook variations - so we always have fresh material to test.
  • Designing testing UI shots: clean, on-brand mockups of the product/app UI to use inside ad creative.

Organic social/Video

  • Designing thumbnails for organic video posts that drive click-through and stop the scroll.
  • Light editing for paid video content: trimming, captioning, cutdowns, format resizing, and simple on-brand graphic overlays. (Not full production - more "make this usable and on-brand for paid.")

App store assets

  • Producing app store creative (screenshots, feature graphics, etc.) to the correct specs for both iOS and Android.
  • Designing multiple image sets so we can A/B test different value props, hooks and visual styles.
  • Producing video assets for the app store (preview videos / promo videos), including edits and variants for testing.

About You

  • You have a strong portfolio of performance-led creative work, ideally across paid social and/or app marketing campaigns.
  • Can see what’s working and generate new ideas and templates as well as comfortable working in a template-driven, high-volume environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Understands how creative testing works and designs with variants in mind from the start.
  • Fluent in the tools: Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere for the video work).
  • Football obsessive who deeply understands online/socials football culture.
