Working closely together with our clients we provide a bespoke, sophisticated and first-class concierge-style service that reflects the environment expected by our client’s community.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday- 8 hour shifts

As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Reception areas.

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards
• Monitor and maintain quality and safety procedures
• Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks
• Handle visitor queries and resolve issues promptly
• Support training and development of team members
• Report operational updates and challenges to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Customer-focused approach
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
