What does a Logistics Coordinator role mean at Prinova?

At Prinova, we refer to this role internally as a Customer Care Associate. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Logistics & Customer Service team of more than 25 colleagues. The team plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day business operations, managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery. This includes coordinating warehouse activities, arranging customer deliveries, overseeing stock movements, supporting demand planning, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the supply chain. Working closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments, the Customer Care Associate helps ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.

What to expect?

• Arranging deliveries to customers from warehouses in the UK and EU via road freight, ferry, and courier services.
• Liaising with customers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Inputting accurate information into the internal system to create forward allocations and warehouse instructions.
• Invoicing customers promptly and ensuring the correct VAT is applied.
• Preparing shipping documentation, including warehouse instructions, packing lists, commercial invoices, dangerous goods notes, and packaging labels.
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and other customer service matters as required.
• Conducting monthly stock reconciliations and responding to any follow-up queries from the Finance Department.
• Managing non-conformances.
• Carrying out occasional on-site inspections of warehouses.
• Processing charge invoices received from warehouses, freight forwarders, and other suppliers.
• Undertaking project work as required.
• Providing cover for fellow team members during periods of holiday, sickness absence, or other leave.
• Carrying out any other duties as reasonably required by management.

Does this sound like you?

• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Proven experience in managing key customer accounts.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where products, processes, and programmes continue to evolve as the business grows.
