Licensing Associate

At the Fairtrade Foundation, we're working towards a world where trade works better for farmers, workers and the planet. We're looking for a customer-focused Licensing Associate to help brands and businesses navigate the Fairtrade licensing process and deliver an outstanding partner experience.

You'll be a key point of contact for Fairtrade licensees, supporting product approvals, onboarding, compliance and operational queries. You'll help ensure the integrity of the FAIRTRADE Mark while building positive relationships with businesses committed to making a difference.

About you

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, data literate and confident managing multiple priorities. You may come from a customer service, compliance, licensing or operational background and enjoy finding practical solutions for people.
