Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity to join our thriving Super Prime Lettings team in Central London. The role is critical to maintaining and growing our position as a market leader in the UHNW sector. With exceptional support and resources, this position offers the chance to achieve high levels of billings and build strong relationships with an international client base.
You will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients as well as managing the Lettings process ensuring we are compliant and providing exceptional customer service.
Summary
As a Negotiator within our Super Prime division, you will work in a dynamic, fast -paced environment, developing relationships with UHNW clients and negotiating high -value transactions. You will play a key role in expanding Savills’ reputation in the Super Prime market, while ensuring compliance and delivering a best -in- class service. This role requires energy, resilience, and exceptional negotiation skills.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Central London market, specifically Lettings or Sales.

Team Overview
Our Superprime team comprises two Co-Head of Departments, two Negotiators, two Lettings Coordinators and two property managers. The office also houses our Residential Sales Team and the Savills Private Office.
