Position Overview
Responsible for the distribution and receiving of event technology equipment. Efficiently works both independently and as part of a successful team to meet deadlines. Maintains positive relations with external or internal customers and vendors. Provides excellent warehousing services, while exceeding customer service expectations. Provide support to the Senior Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Supervisor on scheduling, employee relations and other duties as assigned.
Key Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Support
• Accomplish all warehouse duties and functions in a quality manner with 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Drive Results - Process all customer receipts, customer orders, inventory stocking and cycle counts within established standards.
- Verify for quality then package customer orders for shipment in a manner to reduce damage.
- Oversee and lead all equipment preparation and maintenance in accordance with the prescribed SOPs
- Regularly check upcoming jobs in the system, and forward plan and schedule work load for preparation, maintenance and cleaning of all stock
- Maintain an accurate stock of all spare parts, including lamps, and place order from suppliers in a reasonable timeframe to cover any upcoming shortages or scheduled maintenance.
- Responsible for ensuring that the required cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, repairing and storing of equipment is completed prior to and after any job.
- Coordinate with the Repair Technicians on any upcoming scheduled maintenance and/or emergency time consuming repairs which must be undertaken.
Staff Development
- Manage scheduling and work with and back up Warehouse Supervisor with any management duties.
- See the Bigger Picture - Assist in training warehouse staff on all policies, standard operation procedures, and Encore service expectations.
- Value People - Serve as a mentor for new hires and as-needed labour.
- Deliver World Class Service - Model and reinforce a positive working environment centred on Company values.
- Maintain a positive employee relations environment for all employees including employee motivation, coaching and counselling.
Facility Maintenance and Safety
- Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse facility at a superior level.
- Do the Right Thing - Ensure a safe working atmosphere and practices in warehouse.
- Uphold the highest level of safety standards, adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure that all team members and contractors abide by the same standards and regulations.
- Report all health and safety issues to the Warehouse Manager or Director and HSE Manager.

- Conduct self with respect in terms of attitude with others and job function.
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to lead other team members and work effectively with internal/external clients
- 3+ years of previous warehouse experience
